Processing and delivery time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days. Delivery time is usually 10 to 15 working days. No shipments are made on weekends.

Parcel tracking: After dispatch, customers receive an e-mail containing tracking information. It may take 1 to 2 days for tracking updates to appear on the website.

Cancellations and address changes: Orders may be cancelled or the delivery address may be changed until shipment. After shipment, no refunds or address changes are possible.

DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) shipping: For certain countries, DDP shipping is available, which does not require customs clearance and does not incur any customs charges:

  • United Kingdom: Local DPD Express – 7 to 12 days
  • Europe: UPS/DPD/DHL Express – 10 to 15 days

European countries DDP: Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Poland, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Austria, France, Italy, Hungary, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Greece, Ireland, Portugal and Spain.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and shipping method, with European countries benefiting from a standard delivery time of 8 to 13 days.
