3-day right of withdrawal

At JNRPRO, we are pleased to offer a 3-day return policy. This means that from the day you receive your item, you have three days to request a return if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

Eligibility conditions for returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must remain in the condition in which it was received: unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please ensure you have your receipt or proof of purchase to facilitate the return process.

How to initiate a return

If you wish to initiate a return, please contact us at gautamgan13@gmail.com. Once your return has been approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return label and instructions on how to send your parcel. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted, so please contact us first.

Reporting damage and problems

We encourage you to check your order upon receipt. If you find that your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue promptly.

Items not eligible for return

Certain products are not eligible for return, including perishable goods, custom-made items, personal hygiene items, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases. If you have any doubts about the eligibility of a particular item, please contact us for clarification.

Exchange procedure

For exchanges, we recommend returning the original item first. Once the return has been approved, you can place a separate order for the new item to ensure prompt processing.

Refund procedure

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may require additional time to complete the refund.
